Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Fritata

8 large Egg, Whole
15 oz Sour Cream Reduced Fat
15 oz Black Beans
4.5 oz Diced Green Chilies
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
3 cup Spinach
2/3 cup Sausage Crumbles
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Spray a 9x13 pan, mix everything together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
