Subbed regular English muffins for the whole wheat and resized to utilize the whole package. For a test, I made without the veggies and Parmesan, and I found that broiling on the top rack (2nd slot from top) in a regular oven for 1 minute had already browned the cheese but did not heat the sauce. Maybe they should be broiled on the lowest rack position possible. Also came out with 10 g of cheese per half when I just spread what was adequate for me, and this recipe calls for 14 g per muffin half. cvt
