great side for any dinner or just as a breakfast instead of quiche or omelet. You could add Salmon or Tuna for extra protein

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Egg Frittata

0.5 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 Medium Tomatoes
2 oz Minced Onion
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1 tbsp Parmesan

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Egg Frittata

IN a small bowl mix together all ingredients. Pour into 9" pie plate. Grease pie plate with cooking spray if needed. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 4
