Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Dosa

1 1/2 cups raw rice
1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup green beans, diced
10 tbsp sunflower oil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Dosa

  1. Soak and grind rice and lentils with enough water to form a smooth paste of pouring consistency

  2. heat a griddle and smear some oil

  3. prepare a pancake with a ladle of dough

  4. sprinkled boiled carrots and beans on it

  5. pour 1/2 tbsp of oil per dosa

  6. reverse on griddle

  7. eat hot
