Shallow fired breaded vegetable patties

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Cutlets

210 g potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
100 gms carrot, diced
100 gms peas
4 tbs olive oil
3/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
6 tsp cream of wheat

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Cutlets

  1. Heat 1 tbs of olive oil and add all ingredients except cream of wheat.

  2. After peas are cooked, remove from stove and pat them into oblong shaped patties.

  3. Pat them on cream of wheat and shallow fry in a pan till they turn brown on both sides by drizzling olive oil on them.
