A simple green Vegetable soup with an Indian twist.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Curry Soup

4 cups Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tspn Curry Powder
1 tspn Garlic Powder
2 cups Water
150 g Celery
200 g Leek
100 g Onion
100 g Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Curry Soup

  1. Boil 6 cups Water - add Vegetable stock, Garlic powder and Curry powder.

  2. Stir to dissolve

  3. Chop all vegetables into desired size and add to stock water

  4. Bring to the boil

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 - 45mins

  6. Leave to cool

  7. Blend soup till smooth

  8. Store and re-heat when serving.
