Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Curry

12 oz Sweet Potato
12 oz Yam
2 oz Grapeseed Oil
12 oz Broccoli
12 oz Cauliflower
12 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
12 oz Beans, Snap, Green
6 oz Lite
28 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 oz Curry Powder
30 oz garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Curry

par steam (about 10 minutes) sliced broccoli, cauliflower,green beans, sweet potato, yam, and potaties. saute chopped onion in oil until well browned. add tomatoes, and stir. .add steamed vegetables, and cook until almost dry. (10-15 minutes) and add curry powder, stir to combine. add cocnut milk and simmer 10 minutes.
