Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable curry

1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup zucchini
2 cups green beans
2 tbl grapeseed oil
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander
1 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable curry

Chop all veggies into small pieces - dice carrots and zucchini and cut gr. beans into 1" pieces. heat oil in heavy skillet. Add mustard seed and cumin seeds. When mustard seeds pop, add curry. Add all veggies except peas. Add water and cook covered for about 15 minutes, remove lid and cook until liquid is gone and veggies are tender. Add salt and about 1/2 tsp coriander powder
