Vegetable curry with 1/4 supermarket naan bread

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable curry

200 grams Sweetpotato
330 grams Potatoes, Boiled
100 grams Mushrooms
200 grams Broccoli
80 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Paprika
1 oz(28 g) Flour
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
397 grams Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
50 grams Naan Bread

Recipe Directions for Vegetable curry

toss raw veg in paprike + flour, with the exception of pepper + onion. Fry in the oil for 3 mins. Remove + then fry onion for 5 mins. Stir in the curry powder and fry for further 3mins. Add tin of tomatoes + liquid, mixed veg and salt to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30mins. At end of cooking stri in sour cream
