Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Curry

1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup cauliflower
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Curry

Boil chicken breast, cool and chop up. Use a cup of the broth with bouillon, and add all ingredients. Bring to boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes, or until desired consistency.
