1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp curry paste
1 cup green beans
4 small potatoes
10 medium baby carrots
1 medium mushroom
2 fl oz coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp garlic

  1. Cut vegetables

  2. Heat up oil

  3. Brown garlic

  4. fry garlic paste

  5. Put in vegetables

  6. Add water

  7. Bring to boil

  8. Simmer for 30 minutes
