Vegetable curry with Jasmine rice

Recipe Ingredients for vegetable curry with Jasmine rice

1 tablespoon Butter
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 cup Cauliflower
2 large Carrots, Baby
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 cups Mahatma Jasmine Enriched Thai Fragrant Long Grain Rice
3 cups water (for rice prep)

Recipe Directions for vegetable curry with Jasmine rice

  1. 1.Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots; cook and stir until tender.Add water and curry sauce bar (after breaking into 5 pieces). Boil until bar segments are melted.

  2. 2.Add the cauliflower and potatoes to the pan, and stir to coat with spices. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.

  3. 3. Prepare rice according to package

  4. 4. Serve curry over cooked rice.
