Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Couscous

1 serving Israeli CousCous
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 serving Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Couscous

  1. Saute veggies over medium high heat until just soft.

  2. Add couscous and cook a minute more, allowing the pieces to brown slightly.

  3. Cover with vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Cover pot and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
