Creamy vergetable corn chowder soup

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Corn Chowder

1.75 cup chopped raw Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 medium Carrots
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup Spinach
3.5 serving No Salt Added Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn
2 serving Great Value Chicken Broth (99% Fat Free)
0.5 medium White Onion

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Corn Chowder

  1. Chop all veggies and add to two cups of broth and three cups of water, set to boil until all veggies are soft

  2. Add spices, such as garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc. to taste

  3. When done cooking, use a hand blender to blend soup into creamy consistency if desired.
