Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Chilli Bowl

1/2 cloves of garlic
28 g red chillies
1/2 tsp sunflower oil
62 1/2 g mushrooms
100 g tomato
37 1/2 g green beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Chilli Bowl

Fry the garlic and chilli in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes,200ml water, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is thickened and veg is tender.
