Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable chili

3 cups red beans
1/2 bell pepper, green
1/2 bell pepper, red
1 cup onion
3 cloves garlic
411 grams diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
3 cups water
1 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable chili

Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil. Add 2 cans diced tomato, chili powder, cumin, water and rice. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
