Chili made with ground turkey and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Chili

3 lbs ground turkey
1 medium red onion, diced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced
32 oz tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
16 oz kidney beans
4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp hot sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Chili

  1. brown turkey

  2. add all vegetables to browned turkey. turn to med high heat. cover. cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

  3. add spices, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, and beans.

  4. simmer to reduce as long as desired.
