I substitute the Yves meatless ground (12 oz) for the ground turkey. Makes 8 servings (3/4 c.) too many carbs!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Chili

15 1/2 oz of pinto beans
14 1/2 oz of diced tomatoes
8 oz of tomato sauce
1 c diced onions
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red peppers
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
16 oz of lean ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Chili

Brown ground turkey or meatless ground and onions. Add rest of the ingredients and heat 20 or 30 minutes.
