Another healthy choice of beef dish as main dish served with some home made maize flat brads using the same recipie of Yougurt Bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Chili from Olga's Healthy Kitchen

543 g Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
200 g onion
20 g garlic
400 g sweet corn
150 g beans
400 g canned tomatoes
150 g sliced carrots
30 g fresh chili pepper
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 pinch curry

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Chili from Olga's Healthy Kitchen

  1. Prepare beans (or frozen or canned) in advance.

  2. In a large cooking pan pure some water and add meat and cook it in a medium heat till the colour turned real brown.

  3. Then pure olive oil and add sliced or chopped onions. After turning 5 minutes on medium heat add sliced or chopped garlic.

  4. Then add other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes more on low heat.

  5. Note: You can use fresh vegetable if desired according to the season.

  6. And Bon Appetite!
