Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable chicken soup

1 cup slices Parsnips
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup slices Carrots
2 serving Cannellini White Kidney Beans
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
2 cup Chicken Stock
2 Glass Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable chicken soup

Saute sliced leeks in olive oil while poaching chicken in 2 cups water with 2 peeled carrots 4 leeks and a few celery tops. Season with black pepper & cook till aldente. Add to soup pan with leeks, chicken stock and broccoli. Simmer until broccoli is done. Correct the seasoning
