Chicken soup loaded with veggies instead of noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Chicken Soup

15 oz chicken thigh
440 g potato
4 oz broccoli
4 oz cauliflower
4 oz green beans
4 oz carrots
1/4 c chopped onion
32 oz low sodium chicken broth
4 c water
1 tbls parsley
2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Chicken Soup

Chop all ingredients to bite size pieces, place in a large pot and cook very slowly until chicken and potatoes are done and flavors are blended. Add any other spices desired to taste.
