Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable - Chicken Soup

4 oz. chopped carrot
2 oz. chopped onion
5 oz. chopped raw potato
4 oz. frozen peas
8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 T. chopped garlic
3 cups cooked skinless chicken

Recipe Directions for Vegetable - Chicken Soup

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. (20 min.)

  2. Add chicken and bring to simmer for a bit.

  3. Adjust seasoning.
