Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable chicken

1 cup frozen broccoli
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
4 ounce chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Vegetable chicken

  1. Cut chicken breast into small sqaures.

  2. Season with rosemary and garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. In a medium sized skillet, pour 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

  4. On a medium high heat sautée chicken untill cooked.

  5. Take frozen vegetables and mix with chicken in the skillet.

  6. Cook and eat.
