1 lb mixed vegetables
1 chicken breast
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup basil
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and chicken asian stir-fry

  1. cut chicken into strips and pat dry

  2. dust chicken with corn starch

  3. springle chicken with pepper

  4. brown chicken in 1 tbsp canola oil

  5. remove chicken to bowl

  6. stir-fry veggies in 1 tbsp canola oil

  7. add chicken, soy+vinegar+water

  8. stir-fry

  9. add basil
