Tangy sauce for any cooked vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk, 2%
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/2 cup Low Fat, Cheddar
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Cheese Sauce

  1. Cook onion in butter until clear. Add flour, then milk and chicken bouillon. Cook, stirring, until boils. Add cheese, sauces and curry powder. Heat until cheese is melted.

  2. Spoon over cooked vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, or your favorite. Unused portion will keep several days.
