Vegetable and Cheese Lasagne. Serves 10- 12.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable and Cheese Lasagne

1.2 box Lasagne Oven-Ready Dry
15 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
6 oz Pecorino Romano Italian Cheese
2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli
2 medium Carrots
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
2 cup Spinach
40 oz Tomato Products

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and Cheese Lasagne

  1. Layer noodles, cheese, and vegetables, spooning at least .5 cups of tomato sauce for every layer of noodles.

  2. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes covered with foil.

  3. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

  4. Allow cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
