Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Casserole

10 3/4 ounce Campbell'sŪ Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 ounce frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, green beans, peas, carrots) thawed
2 4/5 ounce French Fried Onions
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Casserole

  1. Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onions and 1/4 cup cheese in 2-quart casserole. Cover casserole.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir vegetable mixture.

  3. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
