1 roll ritz crackers 1 c light mayo 1/2 c light sour cream 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded 1 8oz can water chestnuts sliced

5.25 cup Vegetables, Mixed
8 oz Water Chestnuts
4 oz Light Sour Cream
1 cup Fancy Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable cassarole

Mix all ingredients besides ritz crackers, pour into baking dish, cover with crushed ritz crackers, bake for 30 min in preheated 350 degree oven.
