3 cups frozen stir fry vegetables
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

  1. Chop onion and saute in olive oil.

  2. Add cabbage and frozen veg

  3. let steam

  4. add seasonings and soy sauce

  5. serve over noodles or brown rice
