12 patties plate with a yougart cucumber salad

Recipe Ingredients for vegetable burger

2 tblsp cilantro
2 tblsp parsley
2 tblsp dill
1 cup chickpea
1 cup squash (seeds only)
2 potatoes (mashed)
1 tblsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for vegetable burger

  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processer except for the potatoes

  2. Mash potatoes separately and then mix all the ingredients together

  3. Let them sit for 4-5 hours then Spray olive oil on tray then Spoon with ice cream scoop and make 12 patties Press down lightly on each and bake on 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes

  4. Or until light brown
