? 1 c nutritional yeast flakes ? 1 T onion powder ? 1/2 T turmeric ? 1 t dried dill weed ? 1/2 t celery seed ? 1/2 t dried basil ? 1/2 t powdered thyme ? 1/2 T dried parsley

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Broth Powder (Vegan)

16 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Onion Powder
0.5 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 tsp Celery Seed
0.5 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Broth Powder (Vegan)

  1. 1. Place all ingredients except parsley in blender in order listed and blend until powdered together.

  2. 2. Add parsley and pulse to chop. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard

  3. indefinitely.

  4. 3. To make broth, add 1 heaping T per quart of warm water. Simply stir powder into water, or shake together in a quart jar.
