Recipe Ingredients for vegetable broth better than canned!

6 cups water
4 cups carrots
4 cups celery
2 cups onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for vegetable broth better than canned!

  1. peel carrots, cut celery, and peel onions

  2. give them all a rough chop and put them in the water

  3. peel garlic cloves and smash them flat with the side of your knife

  4. put them in the water too

  5. add your pepper and any other seasonings you wish

  6. set to high until it simmers then to low all day.

  7. after strain out vegetables and compost or put down the garbage and freeze for a low cal convienent vegetable broth.
