Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Stir-fry

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons sugar
7 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup water
12 oz 93% lean hamburger
3 cups broccoli florets
3 large carrots
1 1/2 cup green beans, cut
2 cups Vidalia Onion
1 tbsp canola oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
240 grams Cabbage
1 large green pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Stir-fry

  1. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and water until smooth.

  2. Add beef and toss to coat; set aside. In a large skillet, stir-fry vegetables in 1 tablespoon oil.

  3. Cover and simmer.

  4. In large skillet, stir-fry beef until meat reaches desired doneness. Return vegetables to pan and reheat.
