42 g McCormick's beef stew mix
1/2 large onion
3 cups water

  1. Dice onions and add with water, seasoning, and beef to the slow cooker. Allow to cook until brown on the outside and slightly tender.

  2. Peel and cube potatoes and add to the stew. Chop remaining vegetables and add. Let cook on high until potatoes are cooked and meat is very tender.
