Tomato based Vegetable beef soup with orzo

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef soup

1 pound stew beef
6 cups water
6 beef bouillon cubes
3 cups fresh tomatoes or a large can of crushed tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
4 cups mixed vegetables (1 package of mixed frozen vegetables)
1 large potato
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup orzo

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef soup

  1. cook meat in water until done.Strain, let it cool and cut into small cunks.

  2. Cook tomatoes in a little water and strain out seeds.

  3. add boullion cubes to the sauce.

  4. chop up the vegetables then add them.

  5. Also add the cut meat.

  6. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  7. Add orzo last minute and let it cook until done (do not overcook!)

  8. Add salt and pepper to taste,
