Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
0.5 tsp Caraway Seed
16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
1 tbsp Paprika
48 oz Cooking Stock
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
3 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.67 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.3 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.75 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.75 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.5 cup Peas, Green
1 oz Seasoning Sauce
5 grams Cornstarch
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Add onion and caraway; saute until onions soften. Add beef and paprika; saute until meat is brown on all sides. Add stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until meat is tender. Stir in vegetables and simmer until tender, about 15-30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Maggi. Thicken with cornstarch, mixed in a small amount of water, to the desired consistency.
