Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable beef soup

24 oz 95% lean ground beef
2 cups diced tomatoes, with green chiles
2 cups diced tomatoes
8 cups beef broth, fat free
16 oz mixed vegetables, frozen
16 oz green beans
1 cup carrots, raw (diced)
1 cup onions
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 celery salt, pepper, basil, season to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegetable beef soup

Brown ground beef in a pan sprayed with cooking oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Makes 10 healthy 1 1/2 cup servings.
