Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

2 carrots
1/2 cup snap peas
1 bell pepper
1 onion
5 stalks celery
1 small zucchini
5 cup spinach
5 ounces beef
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. put carrots, onion, celery and beef in large pot filled with 6 cups of water

  2. cook until these veggies are almost done

  3. add bell pepper and bring to a boil again.

  4. Add zucchini and repeat last step, adding spices as you desire

  5. stir in 1 cup of spinach for each bowl served as soup is piping hot, and ready to eat. Not before to make sure spinach is wilted and not cooked to mush.
