Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

30 oz Corn, Sweet Nibblets (Frozen)
16 oz Lima Beans (Frozen)
10 oz Tomato Sauce
16 oz Peas, Early (Frozen)
1 Cabbage, Large shredded
156 oz Beef Broth, Fat Free
8 oz Ground Beef

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Shred cabbage coarsely.

  2. Brown ground beef in pan; season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix beef, broth, tomato sauce and all vegetables.

  4. Cook on medium heat for 30 to 45 or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stirring occasionally.

  5. Season with onion salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
