Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

2 pounds sirloin steak
1 tbsp canola oil
12 cups water
4 tbsp beef bouillon
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 head cabbage
24 oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 pounds potatoes
28 oz diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

Cut sirloin into small pieces. Brown in oil. Add water, bouillon and seasoning and simmer for one hour. Add vegetables, peeled and cut potatoes and cabage. Cook until tender. Remove from heat and add tomatoes.
