Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

3 cans beef broth (reduced sodium)
16 ounce beef chuck roast (Cut in pieces)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups sliced carrots
1 medium onion chopped
4 cups corn
4 cups lima beans
4 cups green beans
1 pt. tomatoes
4 cups shredded zucchini

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Cut beef in small pieces.

  2. Cook in beef broth

  3. Add celery, carrots and onion and continue cooking.

  4. Add remaining frozen vegetables.

  5. Cook until vegetables are tender.
