Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef soup

2 cups beef broth
6 ounces beef roast, cooked, leftovers
20 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Vidalia onion, peeled and chopped
1 quart water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef soup

Put all ingredients in a 6 quart pot and cook until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
