Vegetable Beef Soup [KML] (serving size is 1 cup)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

16 oz beef stew meat
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
4 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, diced
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
24 oz frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

In a crock pot, combine all ingredients except the frozen vegetables. Cook on high for six hours. Add frozen vegetables and cook 1-2 hours more.
