MW. Uses Hunt's Fire Roasted Potatoes, Swanson 99% fat-free beef broth, and del monte cut green beans. 1 serving = 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

16 oz stew meat
16 oz low-fat beef broth
14 oz vegetable broth
14 oz green beans
14 oz tomatoes
1/2 cup onion, diced
10 oz potatoes, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Drizzle oil in a pan and preheat on medium.

  2. Saute onions and garlice until soft.

  3. Season beef and add to pan. Saute until brown.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 2 hours or longer to let flavors come together.
