Hearty and tasty soup...I use a couple bags of frozen soup and stew vegetables and then add in a few fresh vegetables like potatoes, carrots, fresh large head of cabbage and carrots. This is great frozen and reheated too.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

1 lb sirloin
2 lb frozen vegetables
1 head cabbage
32 oz vegetable juice
16 oz beef stock
3 large potatoes
1 lb carrots
24 oz tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Brown sirloin pieces and drain.

  2. In a large pot or crock pot add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low until ingredients are cooked through and soft.
