Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

1 pound beef,ground 85% lean
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups beef broth
2 cups water
16 ounce mixed vegetables, frozen
30 ounce diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups potato, diced

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Brown beef, onion & celery until beef is cooked through.

  2. Drain fat.

  3. Add rest of ingredients, season with salt & pepper or other spices to taste. Bring to boil & then let simmer 30 min or more.
