2 lb beef steak
1 cup corn
1 cup peas
24 oz beef broth
1 onion
2 potatoes, small
2 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and Beef Soup

  1. cut beef into bite size pieces

  2. saute chopped onion in olive oil.

  3. add remaining chopped vegetables and ingredients.

  4. simmer for 1-3 hrs (longer time yields tender beef)
