Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Soup

3 large potatoes
1 1/2 onion
1 lb ground beef, 90% lean
15 oz mixed vegetables
15 oz green beans
8 oz can tomato sauce
4 T chili powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Brown hamburger and drain.

  2. Added peeled, chunked potatoes and onion and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are tender.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
