Shin Ramyun with Beef and Fresh Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Ramyun

4 oz Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup
40 grams Cabbage
40 grams Mushrooms
22 grams Carrots, Baby
18 grams Beans, Snap, Green
15 grams Snow Peas
10 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
40 grams Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
200 grams Beef
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.13 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 1/4 grams Regular Soy Sauce
700 grams Aquafina

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Ramyun

  1. Chop all vegetables and beef as desired beforehand and set aside.

  2. Sautee mushrooms and beef in a pan with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and worcestershire sauce for five minutes.

  3. Strain beef and mushroom and leave remaining pan drippings (water from meat and mushrooms).

  4. Add ramyun mix, buillion cube, and water to the pan and bring to boil.

  5. Add chopped vegetables and let boil for five minutes.

  6. Add beef and mushroom and let boil for a minute.

  7. Add noodles and stir continuously for 30 seconds.

  8. Turn off heat and stir in bokchoy. Serve hot.
