Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Ragout

2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil
24 oz frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Ragout

In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in oil until tender. Add the beef tips with gravy, peas and tomatoes; heat through. Serve over pasta or rice if desired.
